How Re:store Works

We’ll expertly service your favourite Michael Hill jewellery pieces so that they can be loved and worn again. We offer a 90-day warranty on the work completed.

• Bring your pieces in-store to your nearest Michael Hill. Our team will make an initial assessment and may be able to provide a quote on the spot.

• We’ll securely ship your pieces to our repairs team, where highly-trained experts will complete the assessment and recommend any additional work required.

• Services we offer include: resizing, rhodium plating, claw tightening, claw retipping, claw rebuilding, re-shanking, soldering breaks in chains and bracelets, and shortening chains and bracelets.

• Our store team will be in contact if additional repairs are recommended or if a quote is required.

• When you accept the work order, skilled jewellery artisans will complete your repairs. Your pieces will then undergo a rigorous quality control check.

• Your jewellery will be securely shipped back to your Michael Hill store for your collection.
